AD-CVD Guidance Document

Trade compliance is always important, but the Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA) of 2015 has established antidumping and
countervailing duties (AD/CVD) as a priority trade issue for US Customs and Border Protection. Under EAPA, CBP must
investigate any evasion allegations within a strict time frame. Importers must act with care and diligence to determine
if their imported merchandise is subject to AD/CVD.
