CPSC eFiling Webinar Series Updates

Key resources and upcoming sessions as eFiling implementation approaches

Beginning on July 8, 2026, eFiling will become mandatory for Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regulated imports. To help provide information on this new change, the CPSC hosted the first session of its “3, 2, 1, Go!” eFiling webinar series on April 8, 2026, which provided an overview of the CPSC eFiling process, expectations for full implementation, updates on the Product Registry, and responses to pre submitted questions.

For those unable to attend, or for participants who wish to revisit the discussion, the full webinar recording is now available. CPSC strongly encourages stakeholders to view the recording before attending the remaining sessions, as future webinars will focus on more in depth topics and frequently asked questions.
