Deringer’s Sandy Coty, Director of Operational Development, will speak as a panelist on the Broker Modernization panel during the 2023 Trade Facilitation and Cargo Security Summit. The Summit is scheduled for April 17-19 in Boston, MA. Sandy will have the opportunity to speak directly to the international trade community and representatives from other U.S. government agencies who will be in attendance.
The panel will discuss the 19 CFR 111 Customs Broker Modernization Regulation updates and the corresponding policy timeframes, ACE updates and the modernized portal functionality, and other impacts to the broker community.
